an analytics dashboard for charge point operators (CPOs) and e-mobility service providers (eMSPs). i led its design and development to help customers monitor operational activity, investigate charging sessions, identify trends, manage partner relationships, and reconcile payments. self-service access reduces reliance on manual support and gives customers greater operational autonomy.
